Bhavprita Zaveri

Students of Product Design, Interior Design and Visual Communication, in collaboration with recycling center Wealth out of Waste (http://wow.waspap.com/index.html), have created a 7 foot tall Ganpati from recycled, biodegradable materials. The students created the unique idol in response to concerns over millions of plaster of paris Ganpatis polluting India's rivers and oceans each year for Ganesh Chaturthi.
