h2O revive - Submission for jovoto.com's h2Overhaul contest. Product would be placed in urban park environment, and uses carbon-nanotube technology to extract water from the ground through capillary action (same process that plant roots use to gather water). This design is entirely passive and uses 0 energy and is completely self-sufficient. There is a spigot located at the bottom to extract the water and use it for either drinking or watering plants.
