FULLFLEX HELMET

I was very excited to get the opportunity to collaborate with X-Games gold medalist Allan Cooke on a new helmet for hardcore BMX riders.

Starting with the original BELL 500TX silhouette as inspiration, the FullFlex was born. We followed a true concurrent engineering process. Utilizing a combination of sketching, CAD, 3D Printing, and ride testing to quickly iterate the design from the inside out.

The helmet debuted at the 2014 Texas Toast.
