This project began with a ton of quick sketches and then back and forth from sketching to cad (solidworks) to define proportions and details. Once the design was internally approved development with the vendor began. During the course of the project we decided to add an adjustable injected visor to create a MTB SKU (ADAPT). We also decided that this helmet design would work well as an ECO version w 20% cork instead of EPS. The result is a single helmet with street style, trail adaptability, and is ECO friendly.
