The RYFT EVO, PURE, & VRYFT PURE hybrid ski helmets were designed in tandem. The process began with tons of sketches and then quickly moved into 3D (solidworks) to print full size models and dial in the fit and goggle integration. A single liner and slider were designed to function w both versions, only the shells are different. I worked closely with engineering to solve testing, design, and manufacturing problems we encountered during the development process. We also added a visor to create the V-RYFT PURE. The result is two different shell designs that satisfies sales, marketing, the brand, and manufacturing.
