HIGH SPEED PROTECTION
The goal of this project was to create a junior version ski slalom helmet based off of the MEDALIST CARBON PRO but with an ABS shell and adjusted headform scale factor. The Medalist JR is our top performance model for young athletes. FIS certified and equipped with MIPS, the Medalist Junior has a compact shape for enhanced aerodynamics. The project began with 2d sketches and quickly into 3D. A tool less chinbar attachment was designed to be easily installed and removed with gloved hands. The result is a high performance ski race helmet for youth competitors.
