The Mute snow helmet. This projects main goal was to satisfy 3 different market segments (rental, slalom, inline) with a single helmet. The design process began with sketches and quickly moved to 3D (solidworks). Full size models were printed and evaluated for fit, thickness, and the new Bollé design language aesthetic. We then began overseas development to dial in all of the details and requirements. The result is 1 good looking, well fitting helmet, that covers 3 market segments.
