NOUS ENGINEERING | The remains of an old cobblestone barn north of London will be used as the site for an experimental residence. Fluid spaces are defined, and an optimized structure is designed around these spaces. A plywood rib structure will be clad with 5 axis CNC routered strips of wood. Nous will handle all digital design, structural optimization, digital fabrication administration, prototyping, and overall installation.
