Junk to Funk 2009
This dress was made for the 2009 Junk to Funk competition which features 100% recycled garments. I used about 150 plastic shopping bags to create the majority of this dress, the front panel is made from a vintage flocked curtain panel, and the bustle is layers of bubble wrap.
