Banana Leaf
This project was an introduction to hospitality design in which I created the concept for a restaurant as well as a design that would work cohesively with the menu and goals of the company. I created an adjacency matrix and customer pathway to understand the functional needs of the space, then created a mood board to represent the aesthetic that I desired. Following this, I created concept drawings and multiple draft floor plans to ensure proper circulation and seating space. I ended with this final floor plan and furniture and finish specifications, along with more drawings that better reflected the final choices that were made in the design.
