Ellen Bean Spurlock

The form reflects the literal shape of the memorial itself while guiding visitors through the exhibit which tells the story of Dr. King's life, details his memorial in Washington D.C., and explains Toyota's commitment to the memorial while encouraging donations. An architectural model of the planned memorial is displayed in the center of the exhibit. The exhibit toured Toyota facilities, universities, museums and public venues between 2006 and 2007.
