Airplane Cylinder Head

This was a project while attending Oklahoma State University. We worked with a company that repaired old airplanes. Their problem was a part shortage on cylinder heads. Machining them was quite expensive, but no molds existed to create casted parts. We recreated the existing cylinder heads and created a mold cavity and core for the production of new ones, as well as the tool paths to cut them.
