Product: ParentConnect App is a mobile application that keeps parents connected in their existing communities such as work place, schools, and neighborhood and allows users to discover other parents who have the same needs as them to help and to share responsibilities.
Roles: Initial ideation and brainstorming. Idea and market evaluation. Getting to know the users and their needs by conducting different surveys and interviewing hundreds of parents in person to understand their challenges and struggles closely. Coming up with concepts and prototyping vigorously. Designing the mockups, user flow and user experience. Managing the international engineering team and developers.
