Eumaios - The Bow-Shepherd (2005) - In this project I deepened my experiments with alternative ways of generating concept and shape. I started it with a associational work dealing with the commonalty of a) light per se and b) leaning as a gesture". After this intense abstract analysis the process resulted in a quite explicit design of a floor-wall lamp. Finally there had been two manufacturable designs. The bamboo-concept came up a little bit later due to some research on black bamboo I did at this time.
