The ihotel will offer a new system of the stay experience and the elimination of the lobby/reception, check in counters and direct access into the rooms by private lifts for each room, and maximum two-three rooms per floor connected to central core. A new sensory experience called the ‘i-Xperience’, FEEL experience. The user will get to create several environments, textures, scenes on haptic screens embedded seamlessly into the interior design.
The building is conceptualized on “the exterior as viewed from the interiors” and hence the particular form is derived. The rooms are built on the concept of “all-in-one islands”, only accessible on ‘per for what you need’ basis. The design of this integrated furniture island is inspired by the Hettich future kitchen concept. A touch button reveals the bed, study desk, wardrobe, side tables and so on
