The apartment is an almost a rectangular loft located in an industrial building of Milan.We could build a space up to 1/3 of the surface of the roof with a maximum interior height of 270cm, and minimum room height 240m. With the concept of harmony within contrast, we wanted to achieve harmonic interior spaces with some contrasts in different styles and satisfy the varying needs of clients. We transformed the loft into a multi level semi open plan space.On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room and also the guest bathroom.The living room, which is located in the middle of the ground floor, is raised up to 30cm. in between a new column with a two-way fireplace stands.The characteristic element of the living room is the garden wall, which runs along one whole side of the loft, and brings nature and natural light into the apartment. Mezzanine is master bedroom and bathroom as well as the desk/guest room. The third level is the terrace with open air lounge.
