The elective course from the 3rd semester allowed me to deal with the typical problems of a skyscraper situated in the city center: parking, shadow, structural and MEP layouts, fire protection, costs and build-ability.

First 3 levels serves the parking for the tower while the 4th and 5th level are designed for the heavy commercial usage such as shops.
On the 6th floor there is a restaurant..
The 7th floor is hosting ventilation and other utilities. On the 8th floor there will be a fire safe floor. From the 9th up to the 18 the floor there will be offices which will offer very pleasant working environment due to the high altitude and the installations hosted on the 19th floor.
On the 19 th floor there will be installations while on the 20th there will be a fire safe floor. Up to 26 levels above the fire safe floor there will be a hotel, each one offering astonishing views over the city and in the good days, whole island. In addition, there is 2 levels reserved for the technical installations and fire refugees at every 13 floors.
The last 2 levels are designed for 2 observatories and shops with ice cream and souvenirs.
