Level 1,2 and 3. In order to reduce the cost for the roof terrace design, we place the bathrooms and kitchens next to the technical shaft.
Level 4 floor plan. In order to reduce the structural costs and to increase the penthouses values, we have had to move the walls with the glazing 1.5 meter towards the terrace edge.

In detail design 2 I handled the documentation for the roof terrace of the building. After I had discussed with my colleges about different ideas regarding the terrace surface, they embraced the idea to use the tiles made by a Belgian company, mainly because of the added value to the penthousses, This tiles lights in the night time due of the phosphorus used in the manufacturing process.

Multi-storey building

Multi-storey building;
The 4th semester project was a multi-storey building with 5 levels and 3 fire categories.
The basement hosts a technical room, a restaurant and storage facilities for the upper apartments. There are 2 elevators, 2 staircases , 4 apartments and 1 office on each floor from the ground to the 3rd level . On the 4th level are 2 penthouses and a common activity room.
