BUS WASHING SYSTEM - The design brief was to develop cladding and control panel for this bus washing system.
The cladding of this machine caters to the issues like protecting electricals like motors, panels, wiring etc. from water. Also the suggested material was use of a composite of FRP which was apt commercially and accurate enough to get the exact PANTONE shade defined for its visual quotient.

Part Design - this is a mechanism designed for a mechanical model used in the famous Science Express train to make the model anti - vandalism. This is a slipping mechanism incorporated in the model which nulls the excessive pressure applied to the model which has a restricted movement. This mechanism simple in its concept and making but very useful to make the model anti vandalism.
Vertical Centrifuge - This is a redesigned model of a vertical centrifuge of capacity 1500 lts. this design caters to and provides solutions to issues like too much of welded area warping, too many parts, unorganised wiring, control panels and resonating noises.
