Jambu Fruit Dove - Illustration - This was an assignment for my sophomore level illustration 2 class. Because illustration 1 was taught through just black and white, illustration 2 focused on color exploration.
The assignment was to first pick a unique bird to research. We were to then take the information we gained and apply to that an illustration showing the bird in its natural habitat. We also had to follow a color triad throughout the piece. I then chose to approach the assignment in a collage style.
