Building Section - Spanning the course of a year, my thesis focused on affordable luxury hospitality for cancer patients going through treatments at the local hospitals. Through my research I found a severe lack of such a thing so I decided to dedicate my thesis to this type of hotel. Located in the American Radiator Co. Building, it features amenities such as a restaurant, bar and lounge, a spa, a daycare, a library, non-denominational chapel, a fitness center, and guestrooms.

Non-Denominational Chapel - Since this space was surrounded by windows and needed filtering, I placed wooden screens with cutouts that could slide open and closed over the windows, should the attendee of the space desire more or less light in the space.
