Sherwin-Williams Redesign

This redesign of the Sherwin-Williams logo combines the playfulness of their current marketing strategy with a logo that conveys a more modern, and environmentally conscious, company. The typeface chosen is clean and neutral, to let the color and the message show through. The green color is used to create an expression of an environmentally friendly and quality focused company, appropriate for the diversity of Sherwin-Williams’ global audience. The one letter tagline change to “Color the Earth” also helps convey the environmentally friendly message while staying similar enough to their current tagline so there is an element of recognition for current customers.
