This booklet issue redesign for a local quarterly arts and literature journal, Picture Sentence, is designed with a modular grid system to help create a more unified and structured layout. Taking the previous underlying structure and reworking it allows for unity with the previous, and future, publications while also creating a unique issue to draw in a larger audience. The use of textures, both in backgrounds and in titles, helps with cohesion and expanding on the meaning of the work. This redesign creates a unity throughout the featured works and helps to generate discussions amongst the audience.
