Turbochef i5
The Turbochef i5 oven was one of the most delicious projects to work on. To conduct our research, we visited numerous chefs and restaurants to get an understanding of the problem sets that exist in a commercial cooking environment. The final design greatly minimized the visual footprint of the oven and provided key ergonomic benefits.
This oven redefines the way commercial kitchens run, with unbelievable cooking speeds using computerized microwave bursts and high speed convection currents. This product oozes speed and technology, and needed the design to reflect this as well.
