Micro Living Apartments
The micro apartments target audience are the design students on Kent States campus including interior design, architecture, fashion design, and visual communications. The building is to provide one and two person living quarters. Unit dimensions are based off of precedent studies. It must also incorporate retail use on the first floor of the structure that supports the redevelopment of the city of Kent's advancements of the community and the town and gown relationship with the university.
