“Dupatta” is a length of cloth specially coordinated with the women’s garment. Dupatta is the most essential part of the Indian traditional attire. This project deals with developing prints for these long scarves. The motifs and colors are inspired from traditional Indian art to keep the essence of culture alive. Dark hues are complimented with bright tones to create balance, and contrasts spice up the piece.
