Prototype of the Talent System for Luxoft
The talent system is an in house appraisal system for Luxoft where you can set up goals for yourself and your subordinates, track the progress, and review progress of your subordinates.
This is a prototype that I developed from scratch using different methods such as business and user interviews, informational architecture, process flow diagramming, customer journey mapping, usability testing, etc.
