For the past year I have taken up magazine design on a freelance basis. It's a chance to stretch as a designer and I have only begun to explore this new outlet for creativity. These spreads are related to the Atlanta BeltLine Magazine, which was published in Summer 2015. Given the need to emphasize the photography, I took a minimalist approach inspired from the grid styles of Josef Muller Brockmann.
