Chopping board
This Chopping board is made from a recycled power pole. It is 61 year old Spotted Gum and the post stood loud and proud in the nations capitol city until 2010 when it was replaced by a new plastic pole.
The timber has great natural antibacterial properties and is a sturdy surface for chopping.
There is a sneaky draw that sits totally flush until needed. With a simple push from either side the trey sticks out and stays securely waiting for whatever may need containing.
The tray can flip and become an extra nylon board to cut on or can store fresh food in the fridge with a layer of plastic wrap over the top.
