I attended The Washington Center Program in Washington D.C. for the Summer of 2011. I was placed at The National Hispana Leadership Institute, a 501(c)3 non–profit organization based in Arlington, VA. Their mission is to "develop Latinas as ethical leaders through training, professional development, relationship building, and community activism." During my time at N.H.L.I., I was able to design different program identities, invitations and pamphlets, their yearly sponsorship packet, and I also drafted some logo ideas for their 25-year anniversary in 2012.
