This department is located in Lomas de Chapultepec in a semicircular tower, one of the main challenges presented by this project. The location of the entrance, just to the space center, the axis was determined the distribution of the areas, which were placed concentrically, according to detailed architectural program that gave customers. Public areas enjoy magnificent views of the wooded areas surrounding the building and private areas are separated for privacy.
The living and dining room are one space delimited by the large windows and light wood covered wall to accentuate the spaciousness and brightness of the entire area. To separate the environment antecomedor a low wall covered with limestone quarry was placed.
