On two different plots of land in Puerto Cancún, one of the largest real estate developments in Cancún, we designed two single-family homes for equal investment purposes, which we mirrored, to take advantage of the characteristics of both locations. The project was distributed over 3 levels on a 159 sq m plot of land, giving a total of 242 sq m built respecting the standards set by the Laguna 1 subdivision.
