The group's intention with this project is to create a kind of leisure destination which will provide a number of different activities such as events related to fashion, film and theatre and fine arts, also the creation of a fresh market where people could have access to fresh products and a leisure farm. In addition, we want to develop a new resort for the Epsom Downs site, in order to offer something modern with a full package of facilities.
As my background is Architecture, I decided to come up with the idea of designing a new resort and restaurant which would take the place of the current building that already exists in that area. The reason to build a new one is that it could be visually more attractive and better developed in terms of providing a brand new concept for Epsom Downs.The Project consists of a wide range of geometric shapes which are layering on top of each other to create a dynamic relation between them. These elements are divided in to a Resort and a Restaurant.
