This project was a 'concept plan' which I created while my trip to Australia. It is called 'Modern Urban House - MUH' and was made on the first semester of 2011. The intention of this concept was to implant a new urban system and to find new technics to construct the houses in prol with the environment. Houses would be constructed with the maximum height of 6 meters because it would be a residential area. On the roof of each house will have a sort of system to receive the rainwater, so that people can use and reuse the water without waste. In addiction, the slab would be covered by grass which keeps the house cooler. The building will not reach the floor for the better thermal comfort. Homes will have to respect a certain distance between each other for the benefit of the sunlight. The development plan would be useful for less traffic jam.
