It took 1 year, spanning 8 counties and cities, 10 wineries, 11 themes, and 100 bottles of Taiwanese Baijiu. This is a 12-class lesson about the various flavors of Taiwanese Baijiu~
Thank you my friends for completing this one-year period with me. ?At first, it was only I loved to drink Baijiu, but I didn’t expect to have a study circle of Taiwanese Baijiu.
?we meet once a month, and each time I collected 7-9 bottles of Taiwanese Baijiu (mainly sorghum liquor, but not only sorghum liquor,) from different wineries according to the theme.
Let me give you an introduction. The alcohol content ranges from 52 to 87 degrees including government/Private, aging/new products, bottle aging/urn aging/barrel aging, North/Central/Southern regions, we have selected 100 bottles of Taiwanese Baijiu with different flavors to teach 12 lessons about Taiwanese Baijiu, let everyone realize Sorghum is not only the taste of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor or imitating the taste of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor.
