09EK-140-High Security Fencing Installation at BART Oakland Vent Structure
The purpose of this project is to extend the outside perimeter of BART's Oakland Vent Structure that currently resides inside Port of Oakland's cargo shipment container area. The outside perimeter was warranted in order to begin Phase 2 of the 09EK-140 series for the BART Power Generator Installation.
