"The death of Ymir represents the taming of the wild and un contollable forces that must occur before creation can. It represents the reshaping of the ugly impure and chaotic into something beautiful pure and orderly."

The Norse Myth of Creation_ Installation Design

The design brief was to select a subject (a creation myth) and make a stand alone exhibit / display / installation (size : 2 mtrs. cube) to arouse the attention of the visitors and communicate the subject in an engaging manner. Final design should take into consideration the relationship of
display, information and space.
The exhibit was inspired from the 'Yggdrasil', an immense tree that is central in Norse cosmology, in connection to which the nine worlds exist.
