Ceramica was a collaborative project done in conjunction with Sunbeam Australia and the University of Canberra. Purely an aesthetic project with the technical package provided, Ceramica proves that with clever use of material and form, objects of desire can be achieved.
Made from slip cast ceramic, Ceramica was designed to complement forms found in contemporary kitchens. Mandarin orange fittings were used in an attempt to further the ideology of symmetrical design.
Ceramica was one of six chosen works which was exhibited at The Canberra Centre in November 2005.
