Cover - Home is typically understood as the place where one resides. I have lived a nomadic lifestyle since birth--moving from place to place with no sense of a fixed locationÂ. Because of this my sense of home is derived from the comfort of familiar things. I want to explore and define home as a non-physical location.
The final piece of this project includes a book and an installation. The installation is the handwritten conclusion on 55 grains of rice, which becomes the last chapter of the book.
