The project of the townhouses
The plot is located in the north of St-Petersburg, near Suzdal Lakes. The main goal of the project is to place the maximum of blocks in the territory, to provide them with a good insolation and an underground parking. On the basis of the project, there are 10 houses between which is the road for the fire safety requirements which also can be used as a common space of residents.
