Project of a residential building
The building plot is located in the center of St-Petersburg, at the crossroads of 3rd Sovietskaya St. and Grecheskiy Av. The building has 6 floors: one is for underground parking, the first floor is occupied by rooms for rent and other 4 are for housing. Among the 20 apartments there are three main types: apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. The third type includes a private office.
