Three different pairs of gloves were developed to improve climbing safety.
Belay gloves made from goat leather and benefitting from an internal seam construction, increase the lifetime of the product. Multi-purpose gloves, with strategically placed silicon printing on the palm-side of the glove, provide an outstanding grip for holding ice tools. Warm, pre-shaped gloves with integrated knuckle protectors have been designed for ice climbing, mountaineering and skiing.
Inevitably, playing in the great outdoors means playing in the dirt. The choice of white leather and white silicon enable discolouration and scuffing to occur as part of the design concept. The older and grubbier the gloves get, the more visible the silicon hexagonal pattern becomes. This characteristic is employed on the palm-side of the dry tool gloves and the back of the belay gloves.
