Development Project - Hand Drawn Concept - Two anchor stores and peeked roof lines were the only guidelines I was given when commissioned to illustrate a new development project. Once completed, the finished illustration would be used as a marketing tool to entice potential retailers. These are the initial hand drawn sketches.

Development Project - Completed - By incorporating the soft color pallet and architectural elements of the city's historical downtown I was able to create a concept that was consistent with the city's branding yet had an identity of its own. The concept eventually grew to include the second story for additional housing.
