Logo I designed for the Marketing department. Features the "1" in First Team's logo, which represents a painting–us as a company, a department, and/or individuals. The paint's uneven, indicating that it's never dry; we're always adding to it as we try to adapt, improve, and do more for our agents while making them look like super stars. I chose a watercolor aesthetic to illustrate that we're fluid, dynamic, and artistic in how we approach our projects, challenges, and the needs of our agents.
