Details: This one was a complete digital overhaul: Two sites, one corporate, the other looking to generate higher lead conversions for their 4,000+ apartment units from Boston to Providence. Both sites needed to feel unified within the brand, yet flexible enough for each property to sell itself individually, all while sharing content between numerous third party tools for up to the minute availability. (Launching fall 2010.)
