Blue foam models were formed to ensure the prototype could fit into the unit.
Once the 2 prototypes for the top and bottom of the unit were received, they were inserted into the unit and tested.

Prototype Design Project - Air ducting prototype
One of our Turbines was being sent to an exhibition in China. An idea was brought forward that a ducting system channeling the air directly in to the motor would improve the performance of the product. I designed a prototype, and had it SLS machined to test the theory.
