Working in a team of six, this was a seriously 'hands-on' design project. From building quick proof-of-concept prototypes in plastic and card, to machining working parts in steel, to building and spraying FDM and Styrofoam appearance models, to CAD fully optimised for injection mouldings, all in just under six months.
