The name was set to be "Electric Punch" so I tried focusing more on the idea of electricity versus punching to allow for some visual diversity in the company's imagery in a way that could still function within the brand. To develop an icon, I wanted something that was reminiscent of the warning signs for voltage. To complement that association, I wanted to use a typeface that felt blocky.
