DISC LIGHT
The impetus for the Disc project by Humanscale was to create a thin-profile in an efficient and aesthetically minimal form. Using the same body of the Element line as a starting point the majority of focus was placed onto the lamp head. Disc uses the same light engine present in the Horizon series.
The primary challenge of the project was to combine the numerous features (occupancy sensor, dimmer, thin wave tech. & 90 degree head rotation) into a simple form.
