Interaction Cost for a DoneDeal Search Item

By using a Balsamiq prototype I analysed the interactions costs - the sum of physical and mental efforts - a user must deploy in interacting with the DoneDeal Android app to reach their search goal. Interaction costs is a direct measure of usability and is connected to the early Human-Computer-Interaction concepts.

For an e-commerce aggregator platform like DoneDeal it is vital that the customer has a seamless experience - whether using navigation or search options - in finding what they want with the least effort.
